The clinic leaders will advise you on the day if the distances will be shortened or changed. This may be due to weather conditions. Please stay behind your clinic leader and and if the pace is uncomfortable please go up or down a group as necessary. All abilities will be catered for. Our aim is to assist you to complete the event. Please feel free to ask questions of your clinic leaders.
