All welcome.

Please join us at the Clinics Sunday run/walks from 7.50am (sharp) from Pukekura Park.

The clinic leaders will advise you on the day if the distances will be shortened or changed. This may be due to weather conditions.
Please stay behind your clinic leader and and if the pace is uncomfortable please go up or down a group as necessary. All abilities will be catered for. Our aim is to assist you to complete the event. Please feel free to ask questions of your clinic leaders.
Sign in and complete 10 out of the 15 clinic training sessions go in the draw for a spot prize.

Good luck with your training.It is important that you form a plan throughout the 15 weeks before the event. Please use this as a guide only. Please refer to this for your training Schedule.
